Property: Solid creamy powder
Main components: Modified phosphite Characteristics: Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, free of heavy metal, and non-combustible. Prepared aqueous pigments are extremely easily dispersible without thickening, have good resistance to salt water and it is stable in storage. Anti-rust Mechanism: Chemical anti-rust: Aqueous pigments prepared with the product undergo a complexation reaction with the painted surface, forming insoluble passive film and inhibiting corrosion to metal base such as steels from the environment. Physical anti-rust: When this product is added to aqueous pigments, physical shielding is formed and improves its resistance to water. Main Applications: The product is widely used. It can substitute anti-rust pigments like common aqueous zinc phosphate and aqueous aluminum tripolyphosphate and is widely used in steel structure and other aqueous anti-rust applications with lower requirements.
